I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely linens and bedding, but it was extremely hot with no way to adjust the heat. The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The location was great for exploring the historic monuments of Porto, though navigating the hilly terrain could be a challenge. The dining options were fantastic, especially the Vogue cafe, but the price may not fully align with the value offered.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and nice, spacious with large baths and well-appointed toiletries. The comfort of the beds and linens was great, scoring 8 out of 10.
